RAIL55 does not treat technology as a rendering tool bolted onto a traditional practice. Every commission, whether a two-hundred-hectare logistics corridor or a single penthouse, is developed inside an advanced Building Information Modelling environment that is continuously cross-examined by artificial intelligence. We call the resulting artefact a Cognitive Twin: a living, data-rich model of the asset that simulates structural performance, thermal behaviour, logistics throughput, cost drift and construction sequencing long before ground is broken.
